Shipping policy
**4th of July 2023 Update, Please Read**
Since the 4th of July falls on a Tuesday this year and carriers will not be delivering that day, some orders could take a very long time to arrive. If your address is more than a 2 day point away from our location on the map below, your chocolate order will ship on July 10th to avoid sitting in the heat over a weekend. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but this is the only way we can deliver your items in usable condition.
Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. Shipping rates are shown below. You will always see your entire order including shipping charges before you confirm your order.
Orders placed before 11AM Central time usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM Central time usually ship the next business day.
Redirection
Shipments that have to be rerouted after leaving our warehouse due to incorrect addressing by customer or change of destination by customer will require a $17 change fee. This is what the shipping company charges us.
During Warm Weather When Will My Order Arrive?
We only ship chocolate on days that the transit time will not include the weekend. If you are a 4 day point from us that means your order will ship on the next Monday after you place the order. 3 day points can ship Monday or Tuesday. 2 day points can ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. 1 day points can ship Monday through Thursday.

HealthSmart Foods is so confident you will love our delicious products we offer a no risk return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Just return it to us in new condition. You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Opened items can NOT be returned.
